  1. TOTAL BLISSis available without a doctor’s prescription, for you to maintain your health. Nevertheless, you still need to use TOTAL BLISS carefully to get the best results from it.
  2. Keep this leaflet. You may need to read it again.
  3. Do not share TOTAL BLISS with any other person.
  4. Ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you need more information or advice.

 

  1. WHAT IS TOTAL BLISS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
  2. Helps to temporarily promote relaxation.
  3. Used in herbal medicine to help support cognitive function (such as mental
  4. focus and mental stamina) and (as an adaptogen) to help to temporary
  5. relieve symptoms of stress (such as mental fatigue and sensations of
  6. weakness).
  7. Contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  8. Used a sleep aid to help promote sleep.
  9. Helps to promote healthy mood balance.
  10. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE TOTALL BLISS.
  11. Do not take TOTAL BLISS
  12. Hypersensitivity/allergy to the active substance or to any of the excipients or
  13. residues from the manufacturing process in which case, discontinue use.
  14. Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum
  15. Do not use this product if you have scleroderma.
  16. Consult a registered healthcare provider prior to use if you are taking
  17. any other medicine or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition.
  18. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
  19. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or
  20. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care
  21. professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you are taking antidepressant
  22. medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control medication.
  23. Consult a relevant health care provider prior to use if you are taking
  24. carbidopa or medicines/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may
  25. include, but are not limited to, Ltryptophan, S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe),
  26. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and
  27. cold medication containing dextromethorphan, antinausea medication and
  28. anti-migraine medication.
  29. Stop use and consult a relevant health care provider if you show signs of
  30. weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain
  31. or if you experience skin changes.
  32. If you are taking medicine (such as lithium) including chronic,
  33. complementary or traditional medicines; or have high blood pressure,
  34. glaucoma, and/or detrusorinstability (overactive bladder syndrome).
  35. Some people may experience drowsiness. Excersise caution when
  36. operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle until you know how
  37. this product affects you. Avoid taking alcohol products that causes
  38. Avoid taking with alcohol or other products that cause drowsiness.
  39. Children
  40. Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.

 

  1. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility
  2. If you are pregnant or breast feeding your baby please consult your doctor,
  3. pharmacist or other relevant health care provider for advice before taking
  4. this medicine.
  1. Total Bliss contains magnesium stearate.
  1. HOW TO TAKE TOTAL BLISS
  2. Do not share medicines prescribed for you with any other person.
  3. Always take Total Bliss exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor,
  4. or pharmacist have told you. 
  5. It is recommended that adults take two (2) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily of Total Bliss with or without a meal.
  6. Do not exceed daily dose without consulting a relevant health care provider.

 

  1. If you take more Total Bliss than you should
  2. In overdose, side effects can be precipitated and/or be of increased severity.
  3. Symptoms of overdose: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
  4. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating
  5. heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

 

  1. If you forget to take Total Bliss
  2. Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses.

 

  1. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
  2. Total Bliss can have side effects.
  3. Less Frequent side effects: (Occurs in less than 1 in 100 users)
  4. Gastrointestinal disorders
  5. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.Not all side effects reported for Total Bliss are included in this leaflet.
  6. Should your general health worsen or if you experience any untoward effects
  7. while takingTotal Bliss, please consult your health care provider for advice.
  8. If you notice any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
  9. Reporting of side effects
  10. If you get side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. You can also
  11. report side effects to SAHPRA via the “04 Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting
  12. Form”, found online under AHPRA’s publications:

  14. can help provide more information on the safety of Total Bliss.
  15. HOW TO STORE TOTAL BLISS,
  16. Store all medicines out of reach of children.
  17. Store in the airtight container, protected from light at or below 25 ˚C.
  18. Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist.
  19. Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains or sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).
