Brilliant. I can honestly say it's changed my whole "menopausal houding"!
No longer angry, anxious or depressed. I feel energised and focused. My strength in the gym has improved. No longer need an afternoon nap. Just amazing. All of this in a very short space of time. I've given half to my daughter who is struggling with the stress and anxiety of second year varsity academic pressure.

I am taking it with the Magnesium gut complex.
Will say that I need to take the Ashwaghanda in the morning and Magnesium at night, not together , to avoid severe bloating and discomfort.

Since taking the Magnesium and Gut complex I have been sleeping a lot better and I am much more regular with going to the toilet from only going twice a week. I now go daily which is fabulous! I would highly recommend this supplement. 😊

This was such a pleasant surprise, my mood levels were dropping and the Doctor picked up my testosterone levels was a bit low and they decided to go the natural root and see if Ashwagandha was all it was made up to be, and to my surprise my mood levels increased significantly, my strength increased quite significantly in the gym and my testosterone levels also increased to a healthy level for my age. I've got a confession, we don't have kids, but thought we would try 3in1 anyways as we've tried so many other things. Happy to say that it is just as great for grown ups as I'm sure it is for kids. For me specifically, it helped me alot with my tummy health. Since taking it I've been able to cut back on my chronic PPI (Nexiam) medication for gastro reflux disorder and takes away bloat.
