Hi all. I have been struggling with severe constipation for as long as I can remember. I have tried many products some helped a short time others not at all. I am a month into using the magnesium and gut powder and am very happy. I will review at a later stage again but so far very happy with the results.
The taste of the product is also very nice. I like it with water at least 375 ml.
