I use magnesium gut complex for better sleep, so I drink it in the evening about an hour before bedtime. Instead of drinking a glass of plain water, I just add a scoop of the powder. It is delicious with no powdery aftertaste/residue in your mouth either. I struggle with sleep; I am a sleeping tablet user and have been for the last 15 years of my life. However, I have scaled down to only half a tablet since starting this magnesium and I can honestly say that I can feel an improvement in the quality of my sleep. I must admit, some nights are better than others, but I'm not giving up. I'm looking forward to continue my journey with this supplement to see if I can reach my goal to completely stop my dependency on tablets in order to get a good night's sleep.

I also suffer from cramps, especially in my feet/toes, and I think there's an improvement in the cramping as well. Not sure if it's my imagination / wishful thinking, but I choose to believe that I'm putting something good into my body with this magnesium and that it will help with the cramping ... time will tell

Thank you for following up my order. I think it may be soon to tell if there is any difference yet. My only problem is the very strong saccharine taste which I really don't enjoy. I mix a small amount of milk with my scoop of mix, swallow really fast rub my tongue with salt to get rid of the taste, then I drink 500ml of water. My stomach is working well though.
